ELECTRONIC DATA INTERFACE (EDI)
FedMed's EDI repricing application conforms to all HIPAA regulations and requirements. EDI is a paperless process that drastically reduces the expense of manual processing. Clients experience a significant reduction in transaction cycle times, as well as, a significant reduction in clerical errors. EDI allows clients to submit and receive claims in the ASC X12 837 format release versions 4010 and 5010. Clients can submit daily or multiple batch files electronically to FedMed. Turnaround time typically averages 24-48 hours. Both professional and facility claims can be repriced through our EDI application.

WEB BASED/INTERNET REPRICING
FedMed’s state-of-the the art Web-based application allows our clients the ability to enter and reprice their own claims in an automated environment. Clients are then able to simply print out a one-page document which contains all the pertinent claim detail. Web repricing facilitates the immediate turnaround time for both professional and facility claims. This application is user-friendly and FedMed will provide all the necessary training to ensure a smooth transition and start-up.
